Within the bootable dvd bulldoze accept yous triedTroubleshoot/Advanced Options/Run command prompt". From prompt, I run " chkdsk C:" this may permit it to boot usually.

I already tried this but information technology did non resolve the issue. I become the error most the locked bulldoze after your step 5. Repairing your calculator does not work.
I tried Bootrec /RebuildBcd, Bootrec /fixboot and Bootrec /fixMbr
chkdsk /r and sfc /scannow
I am also trying to create a recovery drive from my laptop merely that fails with this error
"We can't create the recovery drive. A problem occurred while creating the recovery drive."
If I deselect the check box to Backup up organization files to the recovery drive, information technology creates a drive just without the system files.
Please note this PC was originally purchased with Windows 7 installed. I upgraded it to Windows 10 but all of the original restore files are Windows vii.

I was not able to resolve this event with any of the Microsoft methods!!!!!!
I was nevertheless able to get my computer to boot by clicking on F12 when the estimator started and utilize HP's recovery. I am fill-in and running no thank you to Microsoft.

I was however able to go my calculator to kicking by clicking on F12 when the reckoner started and use HP'south recovery. I am fill-in and running no thanks to Microsoft.
Can u please explicate that method? Microsoft have completely failed me also
